Doubletree By Hilton Manchester Airport - Hale (Greater Manchester)

Checking in was easy since we arrived two hours early, and warm cookies at reception made for a good welcome. The room we had, a Family Guestroom with Two Queen Beds, provided ample space for my family of five. Amenities were decent, though the beds could have been more comfy for a better night's sleep. We did run into a bit of a heating issue. The room felt too hot even with the air conditioning on. Breakfast offered an excellent variety, especially the made-to-order omelettes that my kids loved. I was surprised by the £17 daily car parking fee, which we didn't account for. Some minor maintenance issues were reported during checkout, but they didn't significantly affect our stay. The staff remained friendly throughout. I would consider staying again, especially for the cute feel and breakfast variety.

The staff were friendly professional lot of the time. The breakfast was delicious and amazing with staled chopped fruit, and very good value for money as opposed to other options.

The Queen Room was spacious and clean, a nice surprise. It felt modern and well-insulated from outside noise, so I got a good night's sleep. Just some minor wear and tear if you look closely, but overall everything functioned well. The amenities were decent, but I wish there was a fridge. Plus, the bed was super comfortable, definitely a highlight!

Generally the service was good, the room was cosy with a sofa bed, bathroom, for instance.

It was very good value for money. The venue was well appointed, I really enjoyed the stay and the location was fantastic adjacent to the resturant, both airport and the airport train station and the business centre. I've been here for 1 night, the breakfast was delicious and great with sausage and food and drinks, for instance.

Good place with free wi-fi, a fitness centre, and 24-hour reception. The friendly staff helped me with my bags during my first stay. I recommend trying the bar. I'm coming back for a Xmas.

Staff are universally friendly & attentive to the guests' needs.

Housekeeping was poor - on 2 days out of 3 we returned at 2.45pm wanting to relax in our room only to find it not made up. We had to sit in the lounge while housekeeping was complete.

The Hotel staff were very helpfull and polite upon arrival. The location is very convenient for travelling from Manchester Airport.
